Andale Spring 2013 Bazar – May 19
It’s almost time again for Andale’s semi-annual Gran Bazar (Big Sale or Flea Market). On Sunday, May 19th, vendors of all types will converge on Calle 34 between 10th & 30th Avenue. Goods on offer vary, but generally you will find clothing, shoes, handicrafts, plants, art, handmade jewelry, books in English and lots more. It’s always great fun to see the ingenuity and creativity of the Playenses (Playa people). There will also be live performances.
Coco’s Cat Rescue is looking for gently used or new items to sell at their stand. Please contact them if you have items to donate. Funds raised will be put to good use in their dog and cat sterilization and rescue programs.
If you have something to sell, you can rent a space for 200 pesos at the Andale office or 250 pesos on the day of the event.

Sun protection is important, especially by the sea! I’m not interested in expensive “designer” products and have been using Badger for it’s high content of zinc oxide, but it’s very thick.
